Chrome and IE11 both have Flash built in, however if you use any other browser you may need to download and install the most current version. If the above tips do not resolve the issue, check to make sure you have the most current version of Flash installed for your browser. Note: If you are playing a rated game and your opponent leaves the game will freeze and if you click on continue you will be booted from the game since rated games require live players.
Make sure that you access the game directly through, do not use a backdoor.These could be preventing scripts from running. Check to see if you have browser add-ons that can interfere with game loads such as NoScript, BetterPrivacy, Adblock, DoNotTrack, and/or Ghostery etc.

If you do not use any of the browsers listed in the help aid check your browsers help link and use it's search option to find out how to clear the cache. Make sure that you do not close the table lobby window - you can minimise the window using the minus sign so the game table is at the forefront but do not close it with the 'X' in the top right hand corner, otherwise you will get kicked out.
